Mental Health First Aid is similar to CPR training and is designed to give you key skills to help someone who is developing or suffering from a mental health problem or crisis.

Dayna Schertler, LCSW-S, is an experienced mental helath clinician with over 22 years' experience in higher-education and therapeutic intervention.

Sarah Pierce is the health integration specialist for WTAMU.
