Dr. Pat Tyrer, instructor
Learn to compose the stories of your life that you’ve always wanted to leave for your children and grandchildren, directed by a professional writer who will work one-on-one with you to tell your story. This self-paced course will help you get started turning personal anecdotes into family memories to be shared for years to come. Help with editing, revision, and publishing will turn your experiences into cherished heirlooms.
"In my online class for Memoir Writing with Dr. Tyrer, I communicated my need for assistance with my family history in progress for decades. She adapted to my needs and in particular suggested many more headings and footnotes for what was already over five hundred typewritten pages. It had contained my published book reviews, sermons and notes from lectures on various topics. She also suggested those three categories be moved to separate folders amounting to an appendix and be so referred to in my Family Reflections. They are now far better than they would have been had I not signed up for her class, and I again thank her." - Otis S.
